2. Agree offer
We assess the property by obtaining an independent bank survey and typically 2 local agents to get a better understanding of value and condition. You will receive a formal part exchange offer from BIP in writing to present to your customers.
3. Agree completion date
If your customer wishes to proceed, we instruct solicitors and we pay the legal fees and agree the completion date with you. You just need to agree the completion date and we will work to it. The solicitors will complete as per your requirements and upon completion we will do a formal handover of keys once you have received the monies for the property allowing you or your client to move on.
