Costs
Unlike many other companies who require annual membership & require all of the money upfront, BIP only ask investors to take up a 6 month minimum contract, with paid monthly instalments.
Initial Joining/Membership Fee - £500
A £500 membership fee must be paid; this covers the cost of all the paperwork and initiation of marketing channels. We have kept this fee extremely low compared to our competitors who have been known to charge up to £3000+ Vat.
Monthly Marketing Costs £600 - £5000
Depending on how active you are as an investor your marketing costs will vary considerably, a budget of around £2000-£2500 will comfortably get you 100 motivated sellers leads within most franchisee areas.
Each franchisee region within the UK, in terms of physical location, population density, competition is different and thus we cannot provide a fixed cost. As a general guide - £2200 should get you approximately 100 motivated sellers' leads. Over time at BIP, we are willing to work with our regular investors to improve the lead quality for your selected areas to reduce the cost per lead further, e.g. an amazing £18 per lead!
Lead Quality
All our leads will contain confirmed responses showing the vendor is willing to sell BMV.
Quality criteria:
- We GUARANTEE none of our other investors will have access to your exclusive area (however, occasionally you may get some leads which are not in your area).
- Quality - The question asked is: "Will you sell your house up to 25% BMV for a quick, cash sale and guaranteed completion"
We aim to get at least 50% of our enquiries to have answered "maybe" or "yes" to the above question. (Our current historical trend is around 65% upwards).
If you were to purchase these 100 leads of the same quality from some of the regular leads sellers you could be looking at paying up to £10,000.

Online Lead Access system
The franchisee will have their own personal login to check their leads in the "raw" data format giving them instant secure access. This demonstrates transparency and that the data is not tampered with (all the data is directly from our lead capture forms).
However, due to the range of marketing activities some leads will be transferred to the investor's pool directly from BIP's main pool of leads. So if BIP receives leads within a specific investor location these leads will be passed onto the respective investor.
Duplication of leads will be kept under 5%.
