You will act responsibly in ensuring that you are able to purchase and service the property on an ongoing basis.

Buy Investment Properties cannot be held responsible to changes in Lenders criteria, law society regulations, government legislation or the market.

If the deal does not proceed or requires additional funds, you shall be liable for all costs within reasonable means (i.e. retype valuations, indemnity policies etc)

Should you require the service of our partners (furniture packages, solicitors, brokers), you will be consulted and your details forwarded with your consent.

You agree to pay Buy-Investment-Properties the fee agreed at the outset which is purely for the sourcing of the property and the management of the buying processes to completion. After completion the property will become yours to do as you please and Buy-Investment-Properties take no responsibility thereafter, however in the spirit of business we will support you throughout and provide aftercare service.

You agree that photos and figures are for illustrative purposes and Buy-Investment-Properties will do their best to ensure that any photos and figures are presented as accurate as possible at the time of presenting. It is your duty to perform adequate due diligence through researching the area and market rent prior to any decision. You are fully aware that property values and rents can go up or down and if you cannot keep payments up, you are at risk of being repossessed.
