Hopefully by now you have a good grasp of buy to let investment and are gearing to go! The marketplace is tough at the moment; however it is certainly a buyer’s market for the professional and educated Investor!

So keep learning and searching on the internet, reading books and networking to expand your knowledge daily.

Create a property investment business plan

More tips:

1. Think through your strategy and write up what this includes with clearly defined goals
2. Put your strategies into action…why not create a small ad and try the local paper or indeed a brochure and leaflet on the weekend.
3. Concentrate on 2/3 marketing activities at any one time and record your results and once you have analysed where you your budget is best spent…concentrate on this area.
4. Speak to motivated sellers and create a script which you can fine tune over time
5. Start building your contacts…brokers, solicitors to assist you when you get any deals
6. Research on the financial products available currently in the Buy to let marketplace. Get in touch via our brokerage arm for specialist buy to let mortgages

It may sound easy but it will require a lot of your time and effort. You will have to have desire, determination and hunger to really be successful!
